About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate) at Aerie, you bring the brand to life by providing each guest with an excellent shopping experience and building brand loyalty. You represent company values and are expected to bring your authentic self to work. The role involves engaging guests using the AEO Selling Model, educating them about products, promoting the loyalty program and brand channels, working across store zones, resolving guest concerns in accordance with company policy, supporting teammates, and following AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Be energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products that meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work flexibly across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to completing team tasks.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
