About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate), you bring the Aerie brand to life and provide every guest with a positive shopping experience. You represent the company and its values, build brand loyalty, and help guests find products that meet their needs. The role involves working across the salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, while contributing to a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people and providing a positive guest experience.
• Bring energy and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to completing team tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
