About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate) at Aerie, you bring the brand to life and provide every guest with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and demonstrate the company’s values. The role includes assisting guests across different store areas and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Requirements

Enjoy interacting with people.
Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
Be at least 18 years of age.

Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

Use the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to engage guests and help them find what they need.
Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Work flexibly across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Assist the team in completing work.
Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
