About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the Aerie brand to life by providing every guest with an excellent shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and bring the company’s values to work. The role includes helping customers find products, explaining product details, introducing loyalty and brand channels, and working across store areas as needed.

Aerie is a lifestyle brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections. Its #AerieREAL movement advocates for body positivity and the empowerment of women. Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products suited to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work flexibly across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist the team in completing store work.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
