About The Position

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinter and cargo van owner-operators under a written independent contractor agreement. The company offers competitive, negotiable per-mile rates, access to a large number of loads, and personalized load matching based on the operator’s preferences. Dispatchers have at least four years of experience. Payment is made within 3–5 business days, with a 3% quick-pay option. The stated workday range is Monday–Friday. The company does not hire company drivers.

Sprinter rates are $0.85–$1.35 per mile for long miles in good areas and $0.85–$1.10 per mile for long miles in bad areas. Canada Sprinter rates are $1.25–$1.55 per mile. Requirements

• Own a Sprinter or cargo van.
• Be a U.S. citizen, resident, green card holder, or holder of work authorization.
• The owner-operator and any drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• The owner-operator and drivers must be able to speak, understand, and read basic English.
• Have at least six months of driving experience.
• Sprinters must be model year 2016 or newer.
• Vehicles must have at least four straps and PPE.
• Remove all decals from the vehicle.
• Submit vehicle registration and insurance.
• Drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER before accepting a load.

Responsibilities
