About The Position

The Sportsbook Ticket Writer is the face of the retail sportsbook operation and reports to the Sportsbook Supervisor. The role provides high-quality customer service to regular and novice bettors, helping customers feel welcome and answering questions about available sports betting options so they can make informed, responsible wagering decisions. The position also involves following company and gaming control board rules, resolving customer complaints, completing required documentation, and working collaboratively with teammates and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, pull, or push 25 pounds.
• Must be able to write for extended periods.
• Must be able to twist, bend, or reach without significant limitations.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Adhere to company and gaming control board rules and regulations.
• Become familiar with sportsbook betting options and discuss them with customers.
• Resolve customer disputes and complaints, escalating when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation according to company and gaming control board standards.
