About The Position

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to provide expert, patient-centered care in Westminster, Maryland, covering Howard and Baltimore Counties. The role offers one-to-one patient care, flexible scheduling, independent work with team support, and opportunities for advancement. The position is PRN / part-time, with a stated pay range of $55.00–$65.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from a college or university with an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• At least one year of work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where practicing.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ speech or language difficulties and determine whether continued therapy services are needed.
• Teach patients how to make sounds and improve their voices.
• Teach alternative communication methods, such as sign language, to patients with little or no speech capability.
• Educate and guide healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises to support progress outside direct therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and clinical notes, including responses to therapy, and submit visit documentation according to agency policy.
