About The Position

Independence Rehab is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join its therapy team at Bethany at Pacific, a skilled nursing facility located inside Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, Washington. The role treats geriatric patients in a skilled nursing environment and supports recovery of communication, cognition, and swallowing function. The clinician works with clinical autonomy as part of a collaborative rehabilitation and interdisciplinary team, helping patients regain independence and quality of life. The company offers schedule flexibility, mentorship, structured onboarding, and support from therapist-focused leadership. New clinicians receive orientation, individual documentation and evaluation training, tailored clinical mentorship, and ongoing assistance with complex cases. New graduates and CFY candidates are welcome to apply.

Requirements

Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing.
Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
Organized and motivated, with an interest in working with the geriatric population.

Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.

Evaluate and treat dysphagia.
Provide cognitive-linguistic therapy.
