About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Autumn Lake at Patuxent River. This full-time position is open to both experienced SLPs and candidates beginning their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The role involves working with residents to improve their communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities, directly impacting their daily care. Requirements
- Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans suited to their needs
- Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing concerns
- Coordinate recommendations with nursing, families, and the rehab team
- Track outcomes and keep documentation clear and current
