About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake at Bridgepark. You'll help residents with communication, cognition, and swallowing needs through care that reflects their individual goals. Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
- Monitor progress and communicate recommendations to the care team
- Complete timely documentation and coordinate with nursing and other clinicians
