About The Position
LTC Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a skilled nursing facility in Holyoke, MA. This full-time position is open to experienced clinicians and graduates beginning their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The role involves providing care to help residents communicate their needs, navigate cognitive challenges, and address swallowing difficulties.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship in Massachusetts
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Assess residents' abilities and identify priorities for treatment
- Provide individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
- Teach strategies residents and care staff can use during daily routines
- Review progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Document services and coordinate recommendations with the interdisciplinary team
