About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech-language pathology services at Autumn Lake in Catonsville, MD. This full-time opportunity is open to licensed SLPs and graduates beginning their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The role involves helping residents improve communication, address cognitive needs, and manage swallowing difficulties within a skilled nursing setting.
Requirements
- Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Assess residents and set treatment goals based on their individual needs
- Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and swallowing
- Share useful strategies with residents, families, and care staff
- Review progress and maintain accurate treatment records
