About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks. Licensed SLPs and graduates seeking a Clinical Fellowship Year are welcome. You'll help residents address challenges with communication, thinking, and swallowing through care tailored to their needs.
Requirements
- Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Assess residents and create practical, individualized treatment goals
- Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
- Communicate findings and strategies with families and the care team
- Monitor progress and maintain thorough clinical documentation
