About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for Autumn Lake at Salem County. This full-time position welcomes both licensed SLPs and graduates beginning their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The role involves working with residents to improve their communication, thinking, and swallowing skills essential for daily living.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey SLP license or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship in New Jersey
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and identify treatment priorities with each resident
- Provide individualized therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
- Share recommendations with families, nursing, and other care team members
- Track progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
