Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY)
About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) for Autumn Lake at Crofton. In this role, you will assist residents with their communication needs, cognitive changes, and swallowing difficulties as a vital member of a collaborative rehabilitation team. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, establishing individualized goals, providing treatment for communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders, and offering practical recommendations to residents, families, and care staff. You will also be responsible for documenting progress and coordinating care with the nursing staff and other clinicians.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience is a plus
