About The Position

Adoration Health is hiring a full-time Home Health Speech Language Pathologist serving Hudson County and Bergen County from its Saddle Brook, New Jersey office. The position provides expert, patient-centered care in patients’ homes, with opportunities to work independently while receiving team support. The role offers flexible scheduling options and one-to-one patient care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from a college or university with an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• At least one year of work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where practicing.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ speech and language difficulties and determine whether continued therapy services are needed.
• Teach patients how to make sounds and improve their voices.
• Teach alternative communication methods, such as sign language, to patients with little or no speech capability.
• Educate and guide healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises that support continued progress outside direct therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and clinical notes, including responses to therapy, and submit visit documentation according to Agency policy.
