About The Position

Numotion is seeking a Specialty Account Manager to develop new business within untapped markets. The role focuses on building referral relationships with healthcare providers and educating clinical professionals about Numotion’s mobility products and Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) solutions. The position works with Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) and internal teams to address patient mobility needs and support business growth. The role requires travel by vehicle for 60% of the day.

Requirements

At least one year in an outside sales role.
Solid sales experience, including strategic territory and account planning experience.
Willingness to travel in a vehicle for 60% of the day.
Enthusiasm, motivation, and a self-starter approach.
Ability to deliver presentations with creativity and independence.

Nice To Haves

Experience in DME, Complex Rehab Technology, Home Health, Pharmaceutical, or Wound Care fields.
Background in Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT).
Understanding of Medicare documentation.

Responsibilities

Prospect new leads and develop referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers.
Educate healthcare professionals on Numotion’s mobility and Complex Rehab Technology solutions.
Develop relationships with key clinical decision-makers and referral sources throughout the territory.
Conduct account visits, presentations, and educational in-services to grow awareness of Numotion’s products and services.
Build internal relationships with Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) within Numotion.
Partner with ATPs and internal teams to support patient mobility needs and business growth.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within untapped markets.
