About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage athletes to understand their shopping needs and deliver an outstanding experience.
Provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
Anticipate athlete needs and drive sales through product and service recommendations informed by athletes’ needs.
Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members, sharing best practices, selling skills, and key operational processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert in designated store process categories to support smooth execution and productivity.
Execute processes efficiently while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged in their preferred way.
Follow floor-set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards to uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
Promote customer participation in company programs, including the loyalty program, warranties, and private-label credit card enrollment.
Help create a welcoming, respectful store environment for teammates and athletes.
Follow safety, loss-prevention, standard operating, and applicable external governing policies, procedures, laws, and guidelines.
