Requirements

• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing professional role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an empathetic and patient communication style.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Spanish Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities
