Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for advanced consumer electronics, specifically focusing on iRobot robotic home solutions.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and software issues for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking client base.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM to ensure quality assurance in the consumer electronics field.
• Assist users with product setup, app integration, and firmware updates for sophisticated smart home devices.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate, industry-leading solutions to technical inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and improve the overall consumer experience.
