Requirements

Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) skills are mandatory for this position.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to ensure seamless relocation to our offices.
A genuine passion for gaming and the esports industry, with a deep understanding of current titles and platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work in an on-site, dynamic, and multicultural office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Previous experience in a customer service or player support role is considered a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking players, resolving technical queries and account-related issues.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance on game mechanics, billing, and troubleshooting.
Monitor and engage with the gaming community to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all users.
Collaborate with international teams to escalate complex technical bugs or game-breaking issues within the gaming ecosystem.
Document player feedback to assist developers in refining game features and improving the overall esports user journey.
Stay updated on the latest trends in the gaming industry to provide accurate and relevant support to our player base.
Contribute to a high-performance culture by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
