Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your move for these German-speaking jobs.
• Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports, with a solid understanding of current titles and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site German Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and empathetic support to German-speaking players across multiple channels including email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot technical game issues, account inquiries, and payment queries with deep product knowledge.
• Stay updated on the latest Gaming & Esports trends to provide relevant and authentic communication to the gaming community.
• Escalate critical bugs and complex technical issues to the development teams to ensure a seamless gameplay experience.
• Maintain a high level of quality in every interaction, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the gaming sector.
• Participate in team briefings and training sessions to stay sharp on new game patches, features, and expansion releases.
• Act as an internal advocate for the players, providing feedback to improve the overall gaming experience.
