• High level of digital literacy and aptitude for mastering new software and support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and account support via phone, email, and live chat within the customer support services sector.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product features to effectively resolve client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal departments.
• Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system to track and optimize the customer journey.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes as a key member of the German-speaking team in Sofia.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all communications adhere to the company’s premium service standards.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to share best practices and drive excellence in service delivery.
