Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding the setup and troubleshooting of advanced iRobot consumer electronics.
Represent a world-class consumer electronics brand by delivering personalized solutions and ensuring exceptional user satisfaction.
Diagnose complex software and hardware connectivity issues for robotic appliances through phone, email, and chat support.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, consistently contributing to the knowledge base for the consumer electronics support department.
Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and firmware updates related to the iRobot product line.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical queries efficiently.
Participate in regular performance reviews to ensure service excellence and goal achievement within the team.
