Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation for our jobs in Bulgaria.
- Strong passion for consumer electronics and modern smart home technology.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, and integrate into a diverse international team.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical support to customers regarding iRobot consumer electronics via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software connectivity issues related to smart home integration.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear, efficient, and empathetic communication in Dutch.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal CRM system to ensure seamless service tracking.
- Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics trends and specific product features to provide accurate technical guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical defects to the product engineering department.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance metrics within a fast-paced, professional environment.
