Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding high-end consumer electronics and robotics products.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to hardware connectivity, software updates, and smart home integration for iRobot devices.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, professional, and empathetic communication via phone, chat, and email.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM to assist in ongoing product development and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve escalated consumer electronics hardware concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics innovations to provide accurate, value-added guidance to our diverse user base.
