Responsibilities

• Provide expert, high-quality technical support to French-speaking customers regarding innovative consumer electronics products.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for autonomous home robotics systems.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the consumer electronics industry trends and the specific iRobot product portfolio.
• Effectively communicate technical solutions through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding established performance metrics and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately within our advanced CRM system to drive continuous service improvement.
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture by sharing product knowledge and best practices within the consumer electronics support department.
