Requirements

- Availability for an on-site assignment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support for advanced consumer electronics, specifically focusing on iRobot automated solutions.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction levels and technical resolutions.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues for smart home devices in a professional, efficient manner.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest product updates within the competitive consumer electronics industry.
- Contribute to a positive brand image by delivering personalized, solution-oriented interactions.
- Collaborate with international teams to refine support procedures and improve the overall customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and technical cases in the global CRM system.
