About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as Space Tech. The founder will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. They will follow a customised personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, receive regular one-to-one sparring and intensive coaching, and get support with hiring, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. The opportunity includes either a salary while building the startup through direct employment by EWOR or the option to receive up to €500k in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

• Build a team with hiring support from EWOR’s professional network.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.

• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding, with coaching and fundraising support.
