The company offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee, or the option of up to €500,000 in funding. Support also includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and assistance with securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months on average. The posting says EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million after the Grand Pitch on average.
