About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in SaaS. Selected candidates will own, build, and run their startup and receive support from serial entrepreneurs and founders. The opportunity includes either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

Founders receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and help recruiting through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides guidance on product-market fit, sales and marketing development, and preparing for a multi-million-euro funding round. The role includes a customised personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, along with intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as SaaS.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100 million or more in revenue.
• Participate in a customised personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Work with EWOR to iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or marketing engine with EWOR’s support.
• Hire talent with assistance from EWOR’s professional network.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with coaching and support.
