About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup, potentially in AI, with support from serial entrepreneurs and the EWOR community. You will own, build, and run your startup and take full responsibility for scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue. You will undertake a customised personal development programme and receive coaching, founder sparring, hiring and distribution support, and assistance preparing to raise funding. The opportunity offers employment with a salary while you build your startup, or alternatively the option of up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup, potentially in AI.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with support from a network of more than 50,000 professionals.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine, with support.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding, with intensive coaching.
