About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in fields such as AI. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for growing it toward €100M+ in revenue. They will follow a customized personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, with support for goal, time, and energy management. EWOR provides weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with recruiting, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. The candidate may receive a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or opt for up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also offers intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions; the posting says EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
