About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own B2B startups. The Co-Founder / COO will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The role includes a salary while building the startup, or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding; weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders; access to a community of founders, peers, and investors; support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals; guidance on product-market fit, sales, and marketing; and intensive coaching to prepare for raising millions in funding. Fellows follow a customized personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. The position is described as 100% remote, and candidates should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as B2B.
• Follow a customized personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support from EWOR’s network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
