About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a SaaS startup, taking full responsibility for building and running the company. The founder will receive support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, including weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a community of founders and investors, assistance with team building, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising.

The role includes a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. The founder will receive intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding. The offer includes employment and a salary while building the startup, or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as SaaS.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Hire talent with support from the company’s network of more than 50,000 professionals.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
