About The Position

The SaaS Co-Founder / COO will found, own, build, and run a startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M or more in revenue. The opportunity includes either a salary while building the startup as an employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

The role includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders; access to a community of founders, peers, and investors; hiring support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals; and guidance on product-market fit, sales, and marketing. The founder will also participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, and receive intensive coaching and support to prepare for a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as SaaS.
• Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support from the professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product until it reaches product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
