About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale an AI startup. You will own, build, and run your startup, taking full responsibility for its development and scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue. The program includes a customised personal development journey designed by unicorn founders, with a focus on goal, time, and energy management.

You will receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with recruiting through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. The program also offers advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs, coaching to prepare the startup for fundraising, and help iterating the product toward product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine.

Participants may receive a salary while building their startup through direct employment, or alternatively may opt for up to €500,000 in funding. Funding support is offered to help secure a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; the description states that EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
