About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup, potentially in AI. You will own, build, and run your company, taking responsibility for its development and growth. The program includes an extensive personal development journey and a customised programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

You will receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance from serial entrepreneurs. The team will also provide intensive coaching to prepare your startup for fundraising, help iterate the product toward product-market fit, and support building a sales force or marketing engine.

The opportunity offers either a salary while you build your startup as an employee of the organisation or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Funding support is offered to help secure a multi-million-euro round within 12 months; the posting states that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
