About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as AI infrastructure. The co-founder/CTO will own, build, and run their own startup, taking full responsibility for growing it toward €100M+ in revenue.

Participants receive either a salary while building their startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR provides weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising. The program includes a customized personal-development journey, intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions, and ongoing product iteration support.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
