About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in SaaS. Fellows receive support from serial entrepreneurs, including founders of Adjust and SumUp, as they build their companies. The role involves taking ownership of a startup and developing it toward significant scale.

The offer includes either a salary while building the startup as an employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, assistance with product-market fit and sales or marketing, and coaching and funding support aimed at securing a multi-million-euro funding round. Fellows follow a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as SaaS.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Complete a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team, with hiring support through EWOR’s professional network.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding, with coaching and funding support.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine, as appropriate.
