About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in SaaS. The Co-Founder / CTO will own, build, and run a startup, taking full responsibility for its development and growth. EWOR offers a salary while the founder builds the startup, with the alternative of opting for up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on reaching product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities. The founder will also take part in a customised personal development programme and receive intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as SaaS.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Hire talent with support from EWOR's professional network.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or marketing engine, as appropriate.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching and funding support.
