About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in SaaS. Selected founders will own, build, and run their startups, with support from serial entrepreneurs and founders. They may receive a salary while building their startup as a direct employee of EWOR, or choose up to €500,000 in funding.

The programme includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, and marketing. Fellows also receive intensive coaching to prepare for raising multi-million-euro funding, alongside a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product iteratively toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
• Hire talent with support from EWOR’s professional network.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with coaching and advice.
