About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. The role involves directly owning, building, and running a startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. The successful candidate will participate in a customised personal-development programme designed by unicorn founders, receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and gain access to a community of founders, peers, and investors. EWOR provides support with team building, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and preparation for raising funding.

The offer includes employment and a salary while building the startup, or alternatively the option to receive up to €500k in funding. EWOR also offers support toward securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; it states that Fellows raise more than €2M on average after the Grand Pitch. The role is 100% remote, and candidates should be based in Europe or the Americas or be open to relocating.
