About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to found and scale a startup in AI Infrastructure, taking full responsibility for building and running the company. The founder will receive a salary while building the startup as a direct employee, or may opt for up to €500,000 in funding.

EWOR offers weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. Fellows also receive guidance on product-market fit, building a sales or marketing function, and preparing to raise a multi-million-euro funding round. The role includes a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, along with intensive coaching from serial entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as AI Infrastructure.
• Complete a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team, with hiring support through EWOR’s professional network.
• Develop the startup toward product-market fit, iterating the product with EWOR’s support.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
