About The Position
This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to create and scale an independent startup in fields such as DevTools, with support from EWOR and its serial entrepreneurs. The founder will own, build, and run the startup and take responsibility for scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue, with the ambition of building a €1B+ company. The role includes a salary while building the startup, or the option to pursue up to €500k in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, assistance with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, help achieving product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities, and coaching to prepare for a multi-million-euro funding round. The founder will also take part in a customised personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
