About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in Space Tech. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. They will take part in a customised personal development programme, receive coaching and advice, and get help with hiring, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. The role offers either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Support also includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder, peer, and investor community, and help preparing to raise a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as Space Tech.
• Complete a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team, with hiring support through EWOR’s network of more than 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine, with support from EWOR.
