About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as semiconductors. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. They may receive a salary while building the company or opt for up to €500,000 in funding.

Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders; access to a community of founders, peers, and investors; help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals; guidance on product-market fit and building a sales or marketing function; and intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding. The role also includes a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. EWOR states that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after its Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities
