About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as mobility. The successful candidate will own, build, and run their own startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue and building a €1B+ company. The role is fully remote and offers either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR provides weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. Fellows also receive guidance on reaching product-market fit, building sales or marketing capabilities, preparing for fundraising, and pursuing a multi-million-euro funding round. The role includes a customised personal development programme and intensive coaching from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for an independent startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
