About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as Industrial Tech. The successful candidate will own, build, and run their own startup, taking full responsibility for its development and growth. The position is fully remote, with candidates based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.

The candidate will follow a customised personal-development programme designed by unicorn founders, with a focus on goal, time, and energy management. EWOR offers weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. The programme also includes advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs, product iteration support through product-market fit, help building a sales force or marketing engine, and intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise substantial funding.

The offer includes either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also provides support in securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; the posting states that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
