About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own HealthTech startup. The successful candidate will own, build, and run their startup, taking full responsibility for growing it toward €100M+ in revenue. The programme provides a salary while the founder builds the startup through direct employment, or the option to receive up to €500k in funding.

Founders receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, and support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also supports product-market-fit, sales and marketing development, and preparation for multi-million-euro fundraising. Fellows participate in a customised personal development programme and receive intensive coaching tailored to building and scaling their startups.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team, with hiring support from EWOR’s professional network.
• Iterate the product toward product-market-fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding, with coaching and fundraising support.
